Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. James Sara’s roots run deep in the Oakland Dental Care community. Dr. Sara graduated from Rutgers University & Montclair State University with degrees in Psychology and Biochemistry. Afterward, he attended New York University College of Dentistry, where he graduated in 2019. After obtaining his DDS degree, he completed his residency at Jersey City Medical Center—a large trauma center in the nation's most diverse city—while on the front line of a global pandemic. As a trilingual General Dentist, Dr. Sara strives to leave his patients smiling. His goal is to provide expert care while ensuring his patients feel comfortable.
