Born and raised in Carson City, Nevada, Dr. Andrea is a proud native of Nevada. She received her B.S. degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2003 and then received her Doctoral degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado in 2007. Upon graduation in May of 2007, Dr. Andrea joined Dr. Scott Leinassar’s family practice in Smith Valley, NV. Dr. Andrea has been a part of the family practice since her graduation from Smith Valley High School in 1998 where she was employed as a dental assistant during summer and Christmas breaks from her undergraduate studies at the University of Nevada. This is where Dr. Andrea made the decision to pursue a career in dentistry.
