Whole Health Dentistry is dedicated to improving the understanding of the oral-systemic link and its crucial role in determining the whole-body health outcomes of our patients. To that point, Dr. Smith and Dr. Buring are working together to “bridge the gap” between dentistry and internal medicine. To help drive this initiative forward, Mary Davidson, RDH, our dental hygienist, is devoting extra time to networking with medical providers in the Portland community to help encourage the integration of these two fields to the overall benefit of the health of our patients. We offer comprehensive family dentistry that also includes state of the art care for sleep disorders, joint problems, gum disease, airway issues and orthodontics.
